Payment (Prices are in New Zealand dollars)

Your purchase and shipping will be confirmed when we reply to your order. 

Depending on your payment method, we will notify you of bank account details or send you an invoice if paying by Credit Card.

• Cash & Internet banking accepted

• Credit Card payments using Paymate*

• Cheques are accepted by prior arrangement, and require 7 days to clear before orders are processed

*Please note that we reserve the right not to accept some credit card payments.

Once I have received and cleared your payment, standard orders will be completed and sent within 15 working days. 

It may take a day for me to see your payment in my bank account due to bank processing times. 

Custom Orders and Quotes

If you have requested a 'Quote' or 'Custom Design' the details and costs will be confirmed with you.

Some custom orders may require stock to be ordered from International suppliers if we can not source the items in New Zealand.

While standard delivery times are 15 working days, custom requests may take up to 4 weeks depending on your requirements and stock availability.

Shipping

Your order will be delivered once your payment has been received and cleared by our bank.

• Standard delivery times are 15 working days from payment of goods.

• Custom requests may take up to 4 weeks depending on your requirements and stock availability - you will be advised of this

• Courier delivery's are on weekdays only and overnight in most areas, however this is no guarantee - NO SATURDAY DELIVERY

• Note:  Courier delivery to a rural delivery address may take 2-3 days.

• All items sent by courier are traceable using a Track n Trace number.  Please contact us for this number if your item is not received.

• All orders are sent wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap with gift bag

IMPORTANT:  New Zealand Post & Courier Post will NOT pay compensation for loss of, or damage to any high risk items. 

                    Jewellery and precious stones are classified as high risk items within New Zealand. 

                    *Raquel Cole Jewellery does NOT accept any responsibility for lost/damaged items once accepted by NZ Post.
